Welcome!

Hi, I’m Mary Kay — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Behavioral Health Consultant, and passionate essential oils entrepreneur.
I’ve spent decades working in mental health and behavioral medicine, and I now blend that clinical expertise with the power of natural solutions. Welcome to my space where ancient plant wisdom meets modern, evidence-informed care.
As a therapist, I specialize in helping people navigate:
- Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders
- Anxiety and stress management
- ADHD (children and adults)
- Substance abuse and addiction recovery
- Trauma, grief, and loss
- Diabetes and chronic illness management
- Pain management
- Weight loss, nutrition, and lifestyle change
- Smoking cessation
My background includes years as a behavioral health consultant in medical clinics alongside physicians, as well as counseling in schools, outpatient settings, and crisis environments. I’ve been involved in mental health and addictions work since the 1980s and began integrating natural solutions in the early 2000s. This unique combination allows me to support the whole person — mind, body, and lifestyle.
I’m also a dedicated doTERRA wellness advocate and educator. I love teaching others how to use high-quality essential oils for emotional wellness, better sleep, stress relief, and reducing toxic load in daily life. Whether you’re looking for natural support for calm, focus, or physical comfort, I offer practical guidance rooted in both science and real-world experience.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my journey is empowering others to create positive change. I mentor and coach a growing team of passionate doTERRA wellness advocates who are as committed to holistic health as they are to building meaningful businesses. Many on my team have supplemented their income, replaced previous salaries, or exceeded their financial goals while making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
If you’re looking for natural solutions for wellness or you feel called to build a rewarding business with purpose, I’d love to connect with you.
