I LOVE SEEING LIVES CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!
LEARN HOW YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!
One of the most rewarding parts of my life is empowering people to reach their goals and dreams. I am building a team of passionate doTERRA wellness advocates and oil fanatics who believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness and who sincerely want to make a difference in not only their own lives, but the lives of others.
I am an essential oils enthusiast, AND educator, AND I also mentor and coach entrepreneurs on how to grow their business and brand online. We are currently developing something big that will enable my team to reach people and boost their business aspirations in a HUGE way.
This business is not only personally rewarding but also financially lucrative. Most of my business builders at least supplement their income but many replace and exceed their previous salaries.
If you are looking to make a positive shift in your life and want to find out how you can work with me, then please feel free to reach out.
I have always enjoyed triathlons, team sports like basketball and soccer and training has always been a part of my life that has given me peace and purpose. I understand what it takes to recover from injuries and work towards goals.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help people overcome challenges so that they can be their best selves. My own experiences with family and friends have ignited my passion to see people overcome barriers and reach goals and dreams.
I began this journey using natural solutions in the early 2000’s but have been involved with mental health and addictions work since the 1980’s when I was in college.
I bring decades of experience in behavioral health, having worked as a consultant in medical clinics alongside physicians to help patients achieve their physical and mental health goals. I’ve also served as a counselor in mental health settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges.
My areas of expertise include nutrition, physical fitness, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, stress management, and various mental health concerns. This clinical background has given me a dep understanding of how lifestyle, mindset, and natural support systems work together to create real, lasting change.
