Join us for a run, military style. No matter where you are in your post-service journey, Team Red, White & Blue is where you belong. Wondering where to start? We’ve made it easy! Come out for this month’s welcome event – your local Dark & Early Donut Run. We’ve taken the best of early morning PT – camaraderie, sweat, chow after. You’ll join other new members and veterans, get a run in, and enjoy some donuts and coffee with your new unit. The only thing missing will be the reflector belts! (You’re welcome!)

Dog Walkers, Ruckers, Runners, and Walkers Come on Out! We will enjoy time together at Sequoita Park at 7:30am. Wear your red eagle shirt if you have one, it is easier to spot one another. This group is for all ages and fitness levels.
